Clayton founded MortgageDesign with the aim to helping Kiwis realise their dream of owning their own home. Clayton is very passionate about properties and helping others achieve their goals. He specialises in structuring the loans to suit the needs of his clients.

Clayton has over 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial services industry. During his 20 years banking career he has had the privilege of working alongside some great New Zealand businesses and have helped them to achieve their financial goals – growing their investment portfolio, restructured their finances or acquiring that commercial premises or new business.

Clayton has an in-depth knowledge of investing in property and personally has a small portfolio of his own. He is very creative, uses various strategies and learns from best practices. He will find you the best solution available.
